Our employees and customers’ health and well-being are paramount, as always. We have taken all the steps to ensure that our team is well-informed and adopting the necessary precautions to protect themselves and those around them.
We realize that special precautions must be taken to insure both our company’s employees and our customers remain safe during their interactions and thus are continually communicating with our team on proper procedures to follow. As the situation continues to unfold, we have full confidence in our teams’ ability to continuously adapt our preventive measures and operations accordingly based on guidance from public health officials.
Should you have special requirements or are restricting access to your properties please make our customer care team aware and we will accommodate those requirements as part of our ongoing precautions.
In order to keep customers and staff safe our team will arrive on site wearing proper PPE.
Our team has been instructed to ask all customers if they have been out of the country in the past 14 days, if they are feeling ill or have a fever.
We have and will continue to ensure that our offices and warehouses have been cleaned and disinfected regularly.
In addition we have treated all touch surfaces with the Benefect Antimicrobial.
We are encouraging all employees practice social distancing.
We are also mandating that any employee who feels ill or has been out of the country in the last 14 days stay home and self isolate.
